Shipping & Refund Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed before 2pm CDT will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday. Please allow 3-4 days for US Priority Mail to deliver your parcel. Please do not email us with shipping questions unless 4-5 “Business Days” have passed since the day you placed your order.
You will receive tracking info once your order ships
All APO and Military Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please be patient in allowing for these to reach their overseas destinations. Sometimes orders can take up to 4 weeks before they are received.
REFUND POLICY
Purchased items may be returned ONLY IF: – THEY ARE 100% UN-OPENED AND UNDAMAGED AND STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING WITH ALL THE SEALS STILL INTACT.
NO RETURNS (WHOLESALE OR RETAIL) ARE EVER PERMITTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
ALL RETURNS NEED A PRIOR “RMA # (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) AND THIS MUST BE OBTAINED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. GET THIS BY EMAILING (info@purebiolabs.com)
EXAMPLE: YOU RECIEVED YOU ORDER ON MONDAY THE 1ST…..BY WEDNESDAY THE 3RD YOU WOULD NEED TO HAVE CONTACTED US FOR YOUR RMA NUMBER.
All returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee (per product). The customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure the return package for the full dollar amount so if it is lost or damaged or stolen you will be able to made whole again with the carrier you choose to send it back to us.
ONCE AGAIN…..You must contact us first before returning any purchased item/s for more info and obtain a RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization. Once we receive the items from you, they will be inspected, and returns given if only in Brand New and Un-used condition.
NO RETURNS ARE EVER PERMITTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF DATE OF PURCHASE.

Wrong Address
Please make sure to contact immediately by sending an email to info@purebiolabs.com ASAP. Otherwise, we will no longer be able to correct or stop a shipment once it’s endorsed for shipping.
We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow what is indicated on the order form.
USPS DELIVERED: If it shows Delivered with the same Tracking number as your order and you do not have the package. You Must file a complaint with your local USPS Post office. We are not responsible for stolen and missing orders.
