Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CDT, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent carrier service. Standard delivery times within the U.S. typically range from 2-4 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier conditions.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is automatically sent once your order has shipped. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately at info@purebiolabs.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is missing after being marked delivered, please contact your local USPS office or file a claim directly with the carrier.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

APO / Military Shipping

APO and military shipments may take 2-4 weeks depending on destination, customs, and carrier handling. Please allow additional time for these orders to arrive.

Holiday & Carrier Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected during holidays, carrier closures, or severe weather. Any major shipping delays will be posted on our website when applicable.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research-use products, returns are only accepted under limited conditions. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original sealed packaging
  • Requested for return within 3 days of delivery
Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being sent back.

To request an RMA, email info@purebiolabs.com within 3 days of delivery. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Approved returns are refunded for the product cost only, minus:

  • Original shipping charges
  • 10% restocking fee per returned product

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring returned packages, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Non-Returnable Orders

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged packaging or broken seals
  • Orders requested for return more than 30 days after purchase
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Orders restricted by local or state regulations
